Messages from Beyond...

Ever since my father passed away eight years ago, he has
been faithfully communicating with me in many ways, just as I asked him to
before he died.
Many of his messages come through random songs I might hear
anywhere – on the radio, playing in a store or restaurant, etc…
Some of the songs have emotional significance that connect
us, for example, “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong. I used this song
at the end of the video I made for my parents’ 50th wedding
anniversary. But other songs my father never heard, or would not have liked if
he did. But that doesn’t matter – what is important is that I feel the
emotional hit when he is trying to get my attention.
One of my favorite songs that has always invoked his
presence very strongly is “You’ll Be In My Heart” by Phil Collins. Now, I only
knew this song from the Disney movie “Tarzan” soundtrack. It was only recently
I looked it up on youtube.com to send it to a friend when I saw that the
subject matter of the video had nothing whatsoever to do with Tarzan. I was actually pretty blown away by it. Check it out below.
If you have lost a loved one and ever feel their presence,
watch this video and you will understand the very thin veil that lies between
us. And whenever you feel someone might be trying to connect with you, don’t
ever doubt it: they are.
Enjoy and stay open ~
